Appraisal is for actual value - Ouellet & Lynch full laboratory appraisal. They appraise colored gems for the Smithsonian's Traveling Gem Exhibits and home exhibits and they appraised all of the gems recovered from the Titanic. 

Notes - This gem contains a blue hue. Blue coloration is very rare and blue will raise the price of a demantoid gem dramatically.
